Join BW California and Redwood Empire for a casual Meet and Neat at Elixir!

Let's kick off National Women's Month by joining Bourbon Women California Branch for our first in-person event of 2023 on March 9th from 5:30-7:30pm at the historic Elixir bar in SF.

Master Distiller, Lauren Patz of Redwood Empire Whiskey, will talk about her brand and pour us flights of their delicious whiskey expressions. Your ticket also includes a free welcome cocktail using a Redwood Empire spirit and small bites. Elliot Sneed, Brand Manager, Spirits, Purple Brands, is our host will also be in attendance to answer your questions.

This will be a chance to meet your fellow BW California members and learn about a local distillery. Please feel free to invite other women who appreciate whiskey!

Must be 21 to participate. Please sip responsibly.

Meet Redwood Empire's Master Distiller, Lauren Patz

Lauren grew up in the Napa Valley, the daughter of winemakers. From an early age she learned to love good food and drink. After teaching English in Japan and working at a chocolate factory she joined Spirit Works Distillery in 2013. Eventually taking the mantel of Head Distiller and the responsibility for all distillery operations and product development she discovered her true calling in craft spirit production. She has been a judge for the American Distilling Institute since 2017 and taught distillation seminars and workshops to forward her mission to act as a resource in the distilling community. Her distilling mantra is passion, palate, and patience.
